Gale A. Cook, Jr., 57, of Tuscola, IL, died at 8:24 p.m., on Monday, June 29, 2009 at his residence.
Memorial Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, July 3, 2009 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL
Mr. Cook was born on April 30, 1952 in Tuscola, IL, the son of Gail and Ruby Smith Cook.
Survivors include 1 Son: Gale "Abe" Cook, III and wife: Rachel of Silverdale, WA, Mother: Ruby Cook of Savoy, IL, 1 Brother: William Cook of Camargo, IL, 2 Sisters: Brenda Ankenbrand of Champaign, IL and Marilyn Davidson of Pawnee, IL
He was preceded in death by his father.
Gale was a truck mechanic and former truck driver. He was a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.
