Gail A. Johnson, 70, of Tuscola, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Tuesday evening, April 1, 2025.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL with Pastor Alan Harris officiating.

Gail was born on August 21, 1954 in Urbana to Alex and Laura Foltz Postlewait.

Survivors include her children: Jerry (Mary Ann) Wright of Arthur, Lisa Wright of Tuscola and Keri (Josh) Wilson of Mattoon, grandchildren: Trevor (Kaleigh) Wright of Toledo, Specialist Zach Clifton of Tuscola, Mackenzie Wright of Arthur, Gracie (Josh) Johnson of Phoenix, AZ, Zoe Clifton of Tuscola and Gracie Wilson of Mattoon, great-grandchildren: Elliott and Emmett Wright, siblings: Danny (Shirley) Postlewait of Arthur, Richard Postlewait of Mattoon, Lee Postlewait of Atwood, Jeanette (Frank) Utz of North Zulch, TX, Alex Postlewait of Riddle, OR, Thomas Postlewait of North Zulch, TX and Susan Colon of Tuscola.

She was preceded by her parents, brother: Jack Postlewait, sisters-in-law: Carol and Patty Postlewait.

Gail worked at several stores at the Tuscola Outlet Mall and SavMor Pharmacy in Tuscola. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Gail was a member of the Faith Baptist Church of Tuscola.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
