Obituary
Frances Delores Shaw, 88, of Sullivan, formerly of Arthur, died at 7:06 PM Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Mason Point, rural Sullivan.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Shrader Funeral Home, 431 S. Vine Street, Arthur, with Rev. John Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Arthur Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Frances was born December 27, 1924 in Arthur, the daughter of Charles and Mary Brockett Clark.
Survivors include her son, Ronald Shaw and partner Kelly Cap of Tucson, Arizona; daughter, Becky Hayse of Lovington; granddaughter, Haley Hayse and partner Nick Hess of Sullivan; step granddaughter, Shayne Epude of Tucson, Arizona; great granddaughter, Avery Hess of Sullivan. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Larry and Michael Shaw.
Frances graduated from Arthur High School Class of 1943. She had been employed at Progress Industries in Arthur where she worked in the tank division paint room.
She loved spending time with her family and going out to eat with the girls.
