Obituary
Evelyn Lucille (Burch) Auth, 76, of Tuscola, formerly of Mattoon, died at 10:38 AM Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Carle Hospital, Urbana.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Shrader Funeral Home, 204 N. Locust Street, Arcola, with Pastor Doug Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis Cemetery, rural Tuscola. Visitation will be held one prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
Evelyn was born April 20, 1936 in Neoga, the daughter of James and Susanna Raymer Rardin. She married Fred Burch and he preceded her in death in 1994. She then married Richard Auth and he preceded her in death in 2004.
Survivors include 4 sons, James Sapp of Tuscola; William Sapp of Sullivan; Lyman Sapp of Atwood; Ferrell Sapp of Rockford; daughter, Debbie Gianesin of Atwood; stepchildren, Sue Jara, Jewell Tristan, Peggy Chavez all of Clovis, New Mexico; Joe Burch, deceased; Audrey Burch of Charleston; 7 grandchildren; and 4 step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, and 1 sister.
Evelyn was a charter member of the Southern Baptist Church of Arthur.
