Eva E. "Toots" Williams, 92, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 10:10 a.m., Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at her residence.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL

Toots was born on March 4, 1925 in Tuscola, IL, the daughter of Richard M. and Lula Brinkley Revell. She married Ned A. Williams on August 22, 1943 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death on July 15, 1985.

Survivors include her daughter: Sharon Jo Shiu of Tuscola, grandson: Wade Shiu of Deltona, FL and great-grandchildren: Landon and Natalie Shiu.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and grandson: William Shiu.

Toots was a member of the Tuscola First Christian Church. She was a homemaker and worked for several years at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home. Toots enjoyed reading, word find puzzles and going out to eat. Her favorite pastimes were drinking coffee, visiting and laughing with her many friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Tuscola First Christian Church or to the American Heart Association.
