Esther Fullerton, 94, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 7:00 a.m., Sunday, April 14, 2013, at the Tuscola Heath Care Center, Tuscola, IL
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 600 East Northline Road, Tuscola, IL, with Pastor Jason Braaten officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Fullerton was born on March 13, 1919, in Pesotum, IL, the daughter of John and Turah Maynard Corrie. She married Myron A. Rahn on November 5, 1938. He preceded her in death on June 1, 1972. She later married Myron Fullerton on February 22, 1973, in Loogootee, IN. He preceded her in death on November 4, 1985.
Esther was a homemaker. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, American Legion Auxiliary and the Douglas County Museum Association. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her children: Sharyl "Susie" Rahn, Lynne Reeves and husband: Russell, Andy Rahn and wife: Teresa, grandchildren: Eric Holloway, Angelica "Angie" Naguib, Aaron Holloway, Jean Hiller, Adrian Tumiati, Shannon Rahn, Andrew Rahn and Cara Griffin: great-grandchildren: Arica Holloway, Collin Holloway, Reese & Riley Holloway, Christian Holloway, Maika Hiller and Sydney Rahn, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Tuscola Health Care Center Activity Fund, 1203 Egyptian Trail, Tuscola, IL 61953
