Dorothy Della Moore, 95, of Bement, IL, died on January 11, 2008 at the Bridgewater Assisted Living Facility in Mount Dora, Florida.

Graveside Services to celebrate her life will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, June 28, 2008 at the Cartwright Cemetery, rural Tuscola, IL. The Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 S. Main St, Tuscola, IL is handling the arrangements.

Mrs. Moore was born September 2, 1912 in Piatt County, IL, the daughter of Ralph and Emma Bryson. She married Alfred "Bob" Moore on June 3, 1935. They were married 68 years.

Her survivors include a Daughter, Alice S. Kratsch of Mt. Dora, FL; two Granddaughters: Mary Beth and Jill Marie Sonnenberg and one Great-Grandson, Daniel.

Throughout her 95 years, Mom never lost her love and concern for her family or the farmland. Teaching for many years in the Bement School District gave her a great sense of pride. "Doc" or "Dot", as my dad called her, often reflected on her "good life."
