Doris V. Bolt, 84, of Atwood, IL, passed away 9:58 a.m., Thursday, June 3, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL. Burial will follow in the Mackville Cemetery, Atwood, IL.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Doris was born on July 25, 1936 in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Alvie and Sylvia Ealey Fishburn. She married Rev. Maurice "Bud" Bolt on April 18, 1954 in Christian County, IL. He preceded her in death on August 12, 2019.

Survivors include her daughters: Debra Wierman of Atwood, Cheryle (Bobby) Leech of Clarksville, AR and Linda (Steve) Flinn of Belpre, OH, son: James (Joy) Bolt of Bement, many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-granddaughters and a sister: Ruby Frey of Upper Sandusky, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Patricia Ann, grandson: Caleb Grant Flinn, granddaughter: Nichole "Niki" Quick, infant son: Michael Bolt, son-in-law: Gary Wierman, 6 sisters and a brother.

Doris was a homemaker.
