Doreen J. Lingafelter, 51, of Tuscola, IL, passed away on Saturday (Oct. 24, 2015) at 12:05 a.m. at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Tuscola Church of the Nazarene, 1001 Egyptian Trail, Tuscola. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

Doreen was born in Hammond, Indiana at St. Vincent's Hospital in May 1964. Doreen is the daughter or Richard (Red) and Lynda Mielenz, and Carolyn McClure (all surviving). She leaves surviving her significant other Doug Corley of Tuscola, children Misty Arnett of Arcola, Laura Warner of Lake Station Indiana, Johnathan Williams of Tuscola, and Jeri Williams of Tuscola surviving. Also surviving are her step-children Dane and Taylor Corley of Tuscola. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren: McKenna Kleiss, Liam Arnett, Elliot and Dylan Warner, Kaelynn Elbs, Jett Williams, and Ava Corley of Tuscola. Doreen also has 3 sisters and 2 brothers that she leaves surviving as well; Joy Vincent, Bobbi Currie, Sherri Buckner, Tobin Mielenz and Tommy McClure. Doreen was preceded in death by her daughter Erika Williams, a niece Jessica, and her grandparents.

Doreen was loved by her family, friends and many in the community. She will be missed by many.
