Donna Seip, 76, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 6:20 A.M., Monday, January 29, 2007 at her residence.

Graveside Services will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at the Tuscola Township Cemetery with the Rev. Bruce Baumberger officiating. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the services at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL

Mrs. Seip was born on July 18, 1930 in Wabash, IN, the daughter of Arnim E. and Thelma H. Barnes Root. She married Wayne H. Seip on March 24, 1948 in Newman, IL. He survives.

Other survivors include her sons: Mark Seip and wife: Jo of Overland Park, KS, Eric M. Seip and wife: Joan of Redmond, OR, Tim W. Seip and wife: Becky of Tuscola, IL, 11 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Sisters: Marilyn Main and husband: Don of Nashville, IN, Jeanne Miller and husband: John of Tuscola, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter: Carolyn.

Mrs. Seip was a member of the Tuscola United Methodist Church and a 50 year member of the Tuscola Chapter #44 Order of Eastern Star. Mrs. Seip worked at Root's Cleaners, Jarman Hospital, Strand Theater, Star Store, Roger's Floral Shop and the Secretary of State Driver's License Station. She was a former deputy in the Douglas County Clerk's Office.
