Donald Meek, 94, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 8:50 A.M., Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at the Tuscola Health Care Center, Tuscola, IL
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, March 20, 2008 at the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL. No Visitation will be held. The Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Mr. Meek was born on May 7, 1913 in Douglas County, IL, the son of Oscar and Margaret Owens Meek. He married Doris Ferguson in November of 1938 in Rockville, IN. She preceded him in death on August 25, 2004.
Survivors include: 1 Son: Bradley Meek of Tuscola, IL
He was preceded in death by 1 Son and 3 Brothers.
Mr. Meek was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tuscola. He was a retired carpenter.
