Donald R. "Bob" Russell, 49, of Tuscola, IL passed away at 4:45 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, IL.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL.

Bob was born on July 11, 1961 in Champaign, IL, the son of Donald and Mary Jane Brown Russell. He married Sharilyn Kibler on October 18, 1998 in Tuscola, IL. She survives.

Other survivors include his son: Jeffrey Russell and wife: Catherine of Tuscola, daughter: Jennifer Russell of Villa Grove, stepsons: Allen and Delbert Anderson both of Tuscola, grandchildren: Hannah, Kori, Tristin, Caleb and Audrey, brother: Jim Russell of Danville, sister: Christie Watkins of Urbana,

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Bob was a former laborer, painter and sand blaster. He formerly worked for Illini FS loading anhydrous ammonia. He was raised in Tolono. Bob was a member of the Embarras Valley ABATE and the Stone Cold Motorcycle Club. His hobbies included riding his motorcycle, gardening, landscaping, cooking and he loved music. Bob was a very strong family person.
