Diane G. Hawk, 44, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 2:23 P.M., Friday, January 4, 2008 at her residence.
Diane was born on August 5, 1963 in Decatur, IL. She married William B. Hawk on September 22, 1979 in Arthur, IL. He survives.
Other survivors include: Father: Tom Scott of Tuscola, IL, Mother: Diamond Webb Hollenbeck of Tuscola, IL, 1 Son: Tony Hawk of Tuscola, IL, 2 Daughters: Jody Cowell of Tuscola, IL, Andrea Hawk of Tuscola, IL, 3 Brothers: Charles Hollenbeck of Tuscola, IL, James Hollenbeck of St. Joseph, IL, Travis Webb of Tuscola, IL, 3 Sisters: Patricia Jones of Salem, IL, Mary Scott of Tuscola, IL, Becky Fintoski of Tuscola, IL, 2 Grandchildren: Rileigh Hawk & Kainen Hawk both of Tuscola, IL.
She was preceded in death by her Step-Father: Wade Hollenbeck and Maternal Grandmother: Stella Webb
Diane had formerly worked as a LPN at the Carle Arbours Nursing Home in Savoy, IL. She was a graduate of the Parkland College Nursing Program. She was a member of the Tuscola Church of the Nazarene.
