Dolores "Dee" Marie Webb Norton, 80, of Tuscola, IL, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at the Tuscola Health Care Center.

She was born on July 22, 1941 in Arthur, IL.

Her parents Rose and James Webb Sr. and brother James Webb Jr. are now rejoicing with Dolores in heaven.

Her sister Janet Webb & brother Rodney Webb miss her very much. Dee is smiling and reunited with her daughter Katrina Lynn Norton who died at a young age.

Dolores was caring, generous, and is loved by many.

Burial will be in the Arcola Cemetery.
