Debra Sue Nicholls-West 57, of Atwood, IL went to be with her Lord on Monday August 3, 2015 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana IL at 3:13 a.m. from a ruptured brain aneurysm.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 6, 2015 at the Mackville Cemetery, Atwood, IL. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, Atwood, IL.

Debbie was born on May 13, 1958 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Raymond "Bud" and Dorothy Mott Nicholls. She married the love of her life: Dennis M. West on April 8, 1978 in Atwood, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Tom Nicholls

Debbie is survived by loving husband: Dennis West of Atwood, 2 daughters: Mandi West of Champaign, and Stephanie West of Tuscola, grandson: Owen Meador and a brother: Richard Nicholls of Decatur.

She was a homemaker and Debbie was an employee of Christie Clinic for 10 + years after she raised her daughters. Debbie was a 1976 graduate of Atwood-Hammond High School.
