Deborah D. Allen, 60, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 11:40 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Champaign Urbana Nursing and Rehab Center, Savoy, IL
Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 3, 2014 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Sunday, March 2, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL
Debbie was born on May 5, 1953 in Isabel, IL, the daughter of Silva and Vivian Livingston Snyder. She married Mark R. Allen on September 25, 1982 in Hindsboro, IL. He survives.
Also surviving is her daughter: Logan (Jack) Norman of Tuscola, IL and grandchildren: Darcee Lewis and Parker Norman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Debbie had worked as a veterinary secretary for Dr. Robert Smith and Dr. Sally Foote for over 32 years. She graduated from Oakland High School in 1971
