Darrell Gene Cole, 69, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 6:30 a.m., Sunday, July 30, 2023 at the Bloomington Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Bloomington, IL

Public Graveside Services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, August 7, 2023 at the Tuscola Township Cemetery.

Following the service, a potluck luncheon will be held at Wimple Park, Tuscola, IL.

Darrell was born on November 5, 1953 in Tuscola, the son of Leo E. and Frances E. Brooks Cole.

Survivors include his nieces: Kimberly Long of Tuscola, Angela Christie of Las Vegas and Jennifer Revell of Tuscola, 8 great-nieces, 2 great-nephews, 2 great-great-nieces and half-sister: Cindy Clark of New York.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Gary Cole and great-nephew: Jonas Revell and 2 half-sisters.

Darrell loved playing his guitar and writing music with his brother Gary. He loved his family very much.

Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice.
