Cloe Walker, 85, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at the Presence Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, IL.

Private family graveside services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 at the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL with Rev. Kenneth Roedder officiating. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL is entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Walker was born February 22, 1930 in Tompkinsville, KY, the daughter of Clemon and Verda Turner Headrick. She married Donald E. Walker, Sr. on May 29, 1948 in Tuscola, IL. He preceded her in death on July 1, 2011.

Cloe is survived by her son: Donald E. Walker, Jr. and wife Kim of Tuscola; a brother: Joe Headrick and wife Rita of Arcola; and 2 sisters: Amy Steen of Tuscola and Clarice Dallas of Arcola.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and an infant daughter: Linda Sue Walker.

Cloe graduated from Hindsboro High School. She formerly worked for Dr. John Cletcher. She was a homemaker and a licensed daycare provider for over 30 years. Cloe loved to play Bunko, bake, crochet, knit, do tatting and garden. She and Don loved to go on vacation to Boulder Junction, Wisconsin. She cherished spending time with her friends and family. Cloe was a kind and gentle soul that GOD now has in Heaven.
