Clinton "Clint" Emberton, 81, of Atwood, IL, died at 3:10 AM, Monday, March 27, 2006 at the Tuscola Health Care Center, Tuscola, IL
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 31, 2006 at the Mackville Cemetery, Atwood, IL, with the Rev. Conrad Heisner officiating. No Visitation will be held. The Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Mr. Emberton was born on April 23, 1924 in Kemp, IL, the son of Elisha and Myrtle Tuttle Emberton. He married Phyllis Jean Taylor on July 14, 1950 in Tuscola, IL. She survives.
Other survivors include: 1 Son: Edmund Reid Emberton of Danville, IL, 1 Daughter: Lavina Rayl of Atwood, IL, 1 Sister: Lucille Oceltree of San Diego, CA, 2 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren

Mr. Emberton was a former mechanic and truck driver. He was a member of the Teamster's Local #26, Danville, IL. He enjoyed puzzles. He was a US Army World War Veteran. Condolences to the family may be sent to hilligossshraderfh.com
