ARCOLA

Christopher C. D. "Chris" King, 48, of Arcola, died at 2:11 am Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 at Carle Hospital, Urbana.

There will be no services. Shrader Funeral Home 204 N. Locust, Arcola, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Chris was born May 8, 1968 in Tuscola, the son of J.C. and Erma Ellison King.

He is survived by his mother, Erma Edwards of Arthur; brother, Mike King of Arcola; sister, Abby Morton of Wichita Falls, Texas; uncle, Richard Ellison of Knoxville, Tennessee; friend, Darla Fraiser of Arcola; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, J.C. King, brother, David; and two uncles, David J. Ellison and Jay Virgil Ellison.
