Charlotte L. Donnals-Winsor, 83, of Tuscola, IL, formerly of Mattoon, IL, passed away at 6:50 P.M., Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the Arthur Home, Arthur, IL

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL, with the Rev. Jerry L. Conner officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M., Monday, May 28, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL

Charlotte was born on November 19, 1923 in Newman, IL, the daughter of Wayne and Hazel Trimble Martin.

Survivors include: 4 Sons: Kenneth Donnals, Jr. of Salinas, CA, Eugene Donnals of Tuscola, IL, Larry Donnals of Mt. Carmel, IL, Patrick Donnals of Tuscola, IL, 2 Daughters: Betty Jo White of Mt. Pulaski, IL and Verletta Gabbard of Tuscola, IL, Her 10th Child; her granddaughter: Teresa , 1 Sister: Dorothy Tibbs of Hindsboro, IL, 32 Grandchildren, 34 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren, Her friend and companion: Larry Shumbarger

She was preceded in death by her parents, sons: Robert Donnals & Marvin Donnals and daughter: Rita Canull

Charlotte was a former Certified Nurse's Assistant, having worked at the Tuscola & Arcola nursing homes.
