Chantelle E. Clark, 24, of rural Tuscola, passed away at 12:32 p.m., Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at her home.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL.

Private family burial will be held in the Tuscola Township Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., Monday, February 19, 2018 at the funeral home.

Chantelle was born July 9, 1993 in Urbana, IL.

She is survived by her parents: John Clark of Arcola and Jennifer Clark of Tuscola; her children: Cali Cagle and Brody Embry both of Tuscola; siblings: Tisha Bryson of Springfield, Chase Bassett of Villa Grove, Amber Miller of Charleston, Ashtyn Clark of Tuscola, Allison Clark of Tuscola and Steven Clark of Charleston; grandfather: John Ervin of Mattoon, grandparents: Bob and Barb Clark of Arcola, great-grandmother: Clarice Dallas of
Arcola, significant other: Holden Moore of Villa Grove and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Chantelle was preceded in death by her biological mother: Cynthia Bassett and maternal grandparents: Judy Adams and Ronnie Drake.

Chantelle was a loving and devoted mother. She loved spending time with her children.
