Chad E. Louden, 44, of Atwood passed way too early in life on Wednesday November 6th 2024.
The visitation will be Tuesday November 12th at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home in Atwood from 9:30-10:30 a.m. with funeral services to follow. Burial will be at Keller Cemetery in Lovington with full military rites.
Chad was born on November 8th, 1979, to Barb and the late John Louden.
Survivors include his two sons: Brody and Blayne (Andrea Wierman), mother: Barb Louden, sister: Charidy Butcher, niece, nephew, and many aunts, uncles, cousins.
He was a 1998 graduate of Atwood-Hammond High School.
Chad was a U.S. Army Vet that served in Iraq, Kosovo, and Bosnia. After his honorable discharge, he served with the Army National Guard where he did a tour in Afghanistan.
His sons, and his dog Tex, were his world. The three of them were all about hunting and fishing! The stories they could tell from their journeys in the woods or at a pond were priceless!
