Cathy Jo Foster, 52, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 7:01 pm, Friday, August 5, 2011 at her mother's residence in Arthur, IL
Memorial Services will be held at 6:00 pm, Thursday, August 11. 2011 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL with Rev. Rebecca Ingram officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Cathy was born on March 30, 1959 in Mattoon, IL, the daughter of Milton Wirth and Frances Howard.
Survivors include her mother and step-father: Frances and Robert Dudley of Arthur, father: Milton Wirth of Champaign, IL, sons: John W. Foster of Oceanside, CA and Samuel T. Foster of Tuscola, IL, grandchildren: Alexis and Jonathon Foster and sister: Lesa Wirth of Arizona.
Cathy worked as a secretary at the North Ward Elementary School in Tuscola for 8 years. She graduated from Tuscola Community High School in 1977. Cathy was the loving mother of her two boys. She was a great friend, had an amazing sense of humor and could tell a story like no other. She thought the world of her dog "Bubba" and her boys will miss her a ton.
