Obituary
Carol Ann Smith, 55, of Hammond, IL, passed away at 1:45 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2018 at her son's home in Arthur, IL.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL with Rev. Mike Drake officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, rural Newman, IL.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Smith was born November 15, 1962 in Philo, IL, the daughter of Dale and Mary Sidebottom Terven. She married Randy S. Smith on November 28, 1987 in Philo, IL. He survives.
Other survivors include: her parents Dale and Mary Terven of Philo; 3 sons: Benjamin (Miranda) Smith of Bement; Nicholas Smith of Arthur and Samuel Smith of Atwood; a daughter: Mackenzi Smith of Arthur; 4 grandchildren: Kai, Kamrynn, Zoey and Emmaka; 5 brothers: Dennis, Lonnie, Roger, Craig and Phil Terven and a sister: Theresa Williams and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Carol was preceded in death by her sister: Paula.
Carol was the manager of The Bullseye in Hammond for several years and was the current manager at the Hammond Pub. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
