C. Allen Mann, 81, of Tuscola, formerly of Arthur, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at his residence.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the Victory Church, Camargo, IL with Rev. Duane Piercy officiating.

He was born on September 9, 1940 in Villa Grove, the son of George L. and Willie Quick Mann. He married Freeda M. West on August 8, 1976 in Tuscola. She preceded him in death on May 10, 2011.

Survivors include his daughter: Pam Fairfield of Villa Grove, grandson: Jason (Inga) Enyart and great-granddaughter: Sylvie Enyart all of Mattoon, brother: Robert (Donna) Mann of North Carolina, many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother: Marion Mann and sisters: Marie Gobert and Wilma Mann.

Allen was the owner of the Shelbyville Public Printer, former owner/operator of the Dutch Oven Restaurant and co-owner of the Arthur Graphic Clarion both of Arthur. He was a member of the Victory Church in Camargo.
