Billy Joe "Joe" Risley, 55, of Arthur, IL passed away at 7:33 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2015 at his home.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Shrader Funeral Home, 431 South Vine St. Arthur, IL with Rev. Mitch Flesch officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Arthur Cemetery, Arthur, IL.
Mr. Risley was born March 16, 1960 in Mattoon, IL the son of Billie Wayne and Flossie Robinson Risley.
He is survived by his mother: Flossie Risley of Arthur; 2 brothers: Donnie (Dana) Miller of Columbus, KS and Kevin Risley of Tuscola; 2 sisters: Debbie (Merle) Stutzman of Arthur and Pam (Don) Chumbley of Lake City and many nieces and nephews.
Joe was preceded in death by his father and brother: Jerry Risley.
Joe was a member of the Southern Baptist Church of Sullivan. He enjoyed coin collecting and fishing.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
