Bill Stasinowsky, 74, of Tolono, IL, passed away at 1:19 p.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 12, 2016 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL with Pastor Al Simonson officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery with military graveside rites accorded.

Bill was born on December 23, 1941 in Oak Park, IL, the son of Carl and Alta "Doris" Forbear Stasinowsky. He married Sharon Jahnke on September 30, 1967 in Northlake, IL. She survives.

Also surviving are his brother-in-laws: Ken Miller and Ray Writz, several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister: Janet Writz
Bill worked as a research and development technician for Hollister Medical Supply in Libertyville, IL prior to his retirement. He was a US Marine Corps Veteran.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Humane Society.
