Betty Myers, 87, of Urbana, IL, formerly of Atwood, IL, passed away at 10:52 a.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL with Rev. Mike Drake officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Mackville Cemetery, Atwood, IL Betty was born on May 8, 1929 in Long Creek Township, IL, the daughter of Sam and Minerva Turner Gulley. Survivors include her son: Jim (Ruth Ann) Williams of Tuscola, IL, a grandson and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter: Connie Williams, seven brothers: Freeman, Ray, Rue, Dan, Don, Lynn and Dale Gulley, two sisters: Virginia Mulvaney and Janice Davis.
