Bernice L. Kresin, 95, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 10 AM Thursday, September 6, 2007 at her home.

Funeral Services will be at 10 AM, Monday, September 10, 2007 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main St., Tuscola, IL with Rev. Ralph Deal officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM, Sunday, September 9, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cartwright Cemetery, rural Tuscola, IL.

Mrs. Kresin was born on February 6, 1912 in Bone Gap, IL, the daughter of Rev. John and Mary Sawer Baughman. She married Lloyd Kresin on February 8, 1931 in Tuscola, IL. He preceded her in death on June 27, 1992.

She is survived by a Son: Larry Kresin and wife: Rheadon of Tuscola, IL; 1 Daughter: Betty Jones and husband: Richard of Tuscola, IL; 1 Brother: Charles Baughman of Indiana; 1 Sister Marie Beard of Tuscola, IL; 8 Grandchildren; 7 Step-Grandchildren; 14 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and 5 Brothers.

Bernice was a member of the United Church of Christ in Tuscola, IL. She loved to quilt, fish, and work crossword puzzles. She was known as a great cook.
