Barbara Ann Lewis, 84, of Tuscola, IL, died at 2:50 PM, Friday, March 10, 2006 at the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL, with the Rev. Michael Ruhlig officiating. No Visitation will be held. The Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL has been entrusted by the family with the arrangements.
Mrs. Lewis was born on June 7, 1921 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Fred and Louise Niersthimer Steven. She married Charles Moore in 1942. He preceded her in death. She married Pat Lewis in 1968 at Rockville, IN. He preceded her in death on November 22, 1975.
Survivors include: 3 Daughters: Judy Moore Fields of Sanford, FL, Linda Moore Gilbert and husband: Jerry of Lake Havasu City, AZ, Diana Wierman of Tuscola, IL, 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, Son-In-Law: Guy Fields
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association
Mrs. Lewis was a longtime resident of Tuscola. She was a graduate of Tuscola Community High School and attended the University of Illinois. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Tuscola Moose Lodge.
Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker and she formerly worked in food preparation.
