Arthur Eugene Huser, 73, of Noblesville, IN, went home to be with his Lord and Savior at 12:47 a.m., Monday, December 3, 2012 at Clare Bridge of Carmel.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL, with Pastor Tim Krupski officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, December 7, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Arthur Cemetery, Arthur, IL.

A memorial service will be held at 10 am, Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Carmel Lutheran Church, 4850 East Main Street, Carmel, IN.

Art was born on September 14, 1939 in Tuscola, IL, the son of James H. and Ruth M. Fetherolf Huser. He married Rosamund A. "Rosie" Ashwill on May 20, 1960 in Tuscola, IL. She survives.

Also surviving is his son: Michael Huser and wife: Jackie of Noblesville, IN, grandchildren: Weston and Jensen Huser, brother: James (Hilda) Huser of Tuscola, IL, half-brother: Larry Taylor and half-sister: Jimmie-Jean Rohrer of Tuscola, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents and half-brother: Perry Taylor.

Art retired from Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company, where he worked as an area superintendant. He was a member of the Carmel Lutheran Church and attended Lord of Life Lutheran Church. Art enjoyed golfing, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Clare Bridge and AseraCare for the excellent care shown to Art during his stay there.
