Anita L. "Skeeter" Lewellyn, 61, of Arcola, Illinois died unexpectedly at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois on June 9, 2017.

A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, June 17 at Shrader Funeral Home 204 North Locust St., Arcola, Illinois. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the memorial service on Saturday. Graveside services will be at Bunker Hill Cemetery, Salem, Indiana, at a future date.

Anita was born July 15, 1955, in Corydon, Indiana, the daughter of the late John Newton and Mabel Ann (Lynch) Lewellyn. She was a 1973 graduate of Arcola High School.

Anita is survived by a sister-in-law, a niece, two nephews, a great-nephew, several stepsisters, and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother (John N. Lewellyn III) and sister (Karen Adams).
