Angela J. Woodard, 48, of Arthur, died at 8:10 AM Saturday, April 26, 2014 at her residence.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the Arthur United Methodist Church with Rev. Leroy Allison officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Shrader Funeral Home, 431 S. Vine Street, Arthur, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Angela was born March 19, 1966 in Michigan City, Indiana, the daughter of Charles R. and Shirley Wood Stone, Sr. She married John Woodard in Arthur on November 6, 1999.

She is survived by her husband, John Woodard of Arthur; son, Hayden Woodard of Arthur; daughter, Taylor Stone of Arthur; mother, Shirley Stone of Arthur; 3 brothers, Rick Stone of Dongola; Kevin and Roger Stone both of Michigan City, Indiana; 1 sister, Rhonda Stone of Arthur; and best friend, Ron Hammond of Florida.

Angela was a graduate of Arthur High School Class of 1984. She had worked in the paint department at Schrock Cabinets in Arthur and was a member of the Arthur United Methodist Church. She loved cooking; her dog, Josie; and being with family and friends. Her children made her especially happy.

Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
