Alyne Vickroy, 89, of Centralia, IL, formerly of Tuscola, IL, died at 1:37 P.M. Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at the Centralia Manor Nursing Home, Centralia, IL.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 S. Main St. Tuscola, IL with the Rev. Dick Miller officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL.

Mrs. Vickroy was born September 6, 1916 in Flippin, KY the daughter of William J. and Sarah M. Agers Kirby. She married Floyd Vickroy on December 31, 1938 in Scottsville, KY. He preceded her in death May 4, 1974.

She is survived by 1 Niece: Jean Lindenberg of Centralia, Illinois, and several Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 2 Brothers and 4 Sisters.

Mrs. Vickroy was a member of the Kemp Church of Christ, Kemp, Illinois. She retired from General Telephone Company, where she worked as a chief telephone operator for 22 ½ years.
